Home Information Packs (HIP's) Suspended

As you may already have heard, the Government has just announced that HIPS have been suspended with immediate effect, pending primary legislation to abolish them. We are delighted that the Government has made this move. The financial cost of trying to sell your home has just been cut. You will still need and EPC )energy performance certificate. Using our upfront package you can now sell for just £355 plus vat and then just the cost of an EPC - all for under £500 total.

Busy Busy

Well it's been a busy week! Lots of new interest especially from clients on with current Estate Agencies that are looking to come on with us on expiration of their contract. There has been an overwhelming response from clients and a firm belief that they are feeling their agent only puts them on the portals and then waits to hear back. One question that we have found coming up with people before they instruct us is if our number goes on the board, which is does. We arrange the viewings and negotiate the offers and then update on the progress of the sale.
