Busy Busy

Well it's been a busy week! Lots of new interest especially from clients on with current Estate Agencies that are looking to come on with us on expiration of their contract. There has been an overwhelming response from clients and a firm belief that they are feeling their agent only puts them on the portals and then waits to hear back. One question that we have found coming up with people before they instruct us is if our number goes on the board, which is does. We arrange the viewings and negotiate the offers and then update on the progress of the sale.
